I want to have a Facebook account for Job hunting, but not for social networking as this does not interest me in the slightest. Is this possible?
A lot of the companies I am interested in working for have a Facebook page, (including current SV) that you have to sign in for - so yes Facebook can definitely be used for Job hunting!
