I haven't had my instagram in a week last weel it logged me out for no reason and it says invalid username password I can't reset cuz I forgot my email is this a bug? It has happened to some ppl as well

The same exact thing happened to me yesterday. I was using tags, and then it randomly logged me out. I know the email I used, but it doesnt come!!! I don't know what to do, bc ive tried everything and nothing has worked! But, you should press forgot password and put in your username. Then press reset password email, and check every single email you have ever used. Check their spam boxes, too. If all fails, wait 48 hours. I have no idea what to do either, you're not alone.
