Okay so I followed someone's the. That second unfollowed then by mistake followed them and again unfollowed can they see it??

When people follow me, I never ever get any notifications. I'm not sure if its the same for other people. One minute I have no followers and then the next I have loads without realizing.
So I guess they won't notice it. Unless they are patrolling every 3 minutes.
