Should I get a facebook now? - Kool - 09-06-2013 11:20 PM

I've been thinking of getting one for a long time. I've moved houses once, I've had friends move out of town and state, I have plenty of cousins that I never see, facebook would be a good way to connect with all of them. But is it too late to get one now? All of my friends have had them for a while now and I feel in would be kind of embarrassing to be like the last person to get one. And I've sort of asked my parents for a while to get one, but they kind of ignore it.

Oh and one more thing.... my dad has one, would he see that i have one if i got one without his permission? Would he be able to see everything on my page?
I don't really know anything about facebook, i've heard a lot of good and a lot of bad.
What do you think???

Honestly, it is a little late to get a Facebook. Quite a few people have moved on from Facebook. But if they still use it regularly, get one if your parents also allow it. Your dad could potentially see it, especially if you have friends in common, so ONLY get one if your parents approve beforehand. Also, you set your privacy settings so depending on how you set them, would depend on how your dad sees things or anyone in the world for that matter.
