I'm new.
I'm on a public picture and people (I don't know ) are tagging their friends I want to do the same.

click image u want to tag .........in rigth site there is tag option ..click it ..........and click on photo anywhere in picture....then type ur friend in the picture where u want tag......after tag ...click done tag....

open picture and look where is tag option click on tag select your friend name and tag him/her
