okay under these conditions
1. they know your first name which is kind of unique
2. they know your ethnicity
3. they do not have you as a facebook friend
4. your email and info and pictures are all blocked unless you are friends
5. they know what state you live in only

Don't use facebook myself but do know somethings about it.
As long you set everything to private then they won't find out anything.
Although a better alternative is too just remove anything referring to where you live from facebook.

Odds are, unless they are some sort of computer genius which they are far and few nowadays then your answer is no.
They could trace your IP but it would take them back to where your ISP is. Another thing, why would anyone have that great a motive to figure out where you live anyways?
Your pretty safe, don't worry. If you don't want them to find out where you live, don't post it.
