btw if the mobile icon with no time means that they are online then how come i see the same person with it all the time on chat an even when they are sleeping?.,

When time is provided to the side of mobile icon, it means that the person was active 1 hour or 1 min ago(according to the time). And when there's no time provided, it means that the person is active now( using mobile device). Maybe they forgot to logout and exit the browser before sleeping.
