I sent a facebook message to someone but he didnt read it so i deleted it, will it still show on his facebook chat? Because k deleted it before he has even saw it

you mean you "shouldn't HAVE"?
there is no way to prevent him from reading it - you cant take back a private message, and deleting it only deletes your copy of the message.... his copy will still exist for him to read no matter what you do
think of it like when you leave someone a voicemail that you decide later you dont want them to listen to - how do you delete that? you cant... right?
