Everytime I add people that i KNOW in real life facebook blocks me! Is there a way where I can add my friends but not get blocked?! thanks!

No, usually that only happens if you are adding too many people. Try to just add good friends and not aquaintences and see if that helps. Open another account and do this and dont add too many people again.
Its a scientific FACT that we can only have upto 150 people that are our actual friends. Everyone else is an aquaintence. I see people adding people they have only know for a day or so. Try to be more controlled with who you let into your personal life.
If you feel the need to have hundreds or thousands of people added and update daily about your life, consider seeking mental help for having narcissism , seems social media is turning everybody into wanting to be a celebrity. Unless you are running a business through facebook its unhealthy behavior.
