Go to That Persons Profile than Click on Friend Request Sent than Click on Cancel Request

Go to that persons page you'll see "friend request sent" subdued. Click on it and it gives you the option to cancel

Go to the person's profile, click on "friend request" sent, click on cancel friend request.

Just open the profile of the said person sending a request and then click can cancel friend request and you're done buddy.
