I suggest uploading it to YouTube and sharing it on Facebook. Facebook's video system is pretty problematic in general.

Make sure your video is in a supported format. You'll have the best luck with the MP4 format.
Make sure your video doesn't exceed the size or time limits you see on the upload page.
Check that you're using the latest version of a supported browser.
Remember: Trying to upload the same video multiple times won't speed up the process. While you wait, you can open up another tab.
