We recently broke up about 7 days and I sent her a letter of how bad I feel about it and everything.. And she face booked me saying "I love you".. If this means she wants me back what should I say back and what should I do? Any ideas comment

It depends on how do you feel about her. Do you love her? If not, just be honest about it. If she keeps harassing you just block her.
