Is it even possible to hack into someone's instagram like not even a celebrity like one of your friends with like 500 followers ... Nothing seems to work .. I guess it takes someone really smart

The obvious answer is that it is possible to hack into an account. But it seems you also answered your own question with what you said last.

No. I coded an Instagram account cracker. It doesn't work though because once you crack it you need access to the email address that was originally used to sign up with the account. Even if you change the email they can always recall the password to the original email. Your only option is to delete the account which makes the whole process worthless.
