I want to keep my profile more private. Yes,I already know there is a privacy option on FB and know how to use that...I've been setting that up already so that most of my stuff won't show up as public... So I don't need all that basic info. What I need help with is because when people search my name it is one of the first that pops up on FB search and I want to make it more difficult for others to find me (yes I know this is contrary to the whole purpose of FB)...but I want it more private so that I won't get stalkers and random people adding me all the time on FB as I have it now. I just want my friends to know my page ...and when they ask me...but not find me first of all when they type up my name, which I'm sure many others have the same name on FB so that's not the issue. Also, is there a way to hide my profile picture from strangers?? I doubt it but just asking in case anyone else here knows? Thanks so much. I appreciate detailed answers very much, but just a basic answer on this I appreciate in advance as well. thanks.

You Can Not Restrict The Option of Being Searched By Name Thats Not Possible to Do Anymore They Use to Have This Option But They Took it Away
Profile Picture you Can Not Hide it you Can Set it to Private But That Wont Stop it From Being Displayed it Just Will Make it So They Cant Click on It
