if you want to increase followers on search query like "follow back", "follow me back" there are lots of peoples who wanted followers for them also if you follow them they will follow you back and try to follow peoples from "team follow back" or some thing like that it will brought you huge followers at one time only. and about instagram i dont know much more about that but you can put your instagram ID into your twitter bio so that people who will see your profile can see your instagram ID and can follow you their also. hope this will help you.
