I mean like the picture is very clear and the lightning is so perfect because I am sure they don't use iPhone

Lol. Some people do actually use just Instagram. Auto correct and LoFi. But yes there are many other apps. For example BeFunky is a good editing app. Also just the auto correct on the iPhone. You could also just focus the camera when you are taking photos. I hope this helps.
