I made an account with my friend on her iPod but I don't have one or a smartphone. So I was gonna just do it online. But My account is private and I went to go accept follower requests and I couldn't find where to do it and idk if you can. So can I use instagram on just the computer and where can I accept follower requests?

You can for sure just use it on the computer, although I don't think you can post pictures from the computer. You can just see the things that the people you follow post. As for the accepting requests, I don't think that's possible on the computer either. Maybe you'll just have to borrow your friends iPod again

You can see what others post on the computer, you can like posts, or comment. But on the computer you cannot post pictures yourself, nor can you accept follower requests or check your activity. You might have to borrow your friend's iPod again, or use one if someone in your family has one
