social responsibiliteis----- don't brain wash/ don't make news in vain/ don't make viewer violent /don't make viewer support/don't pressure anything.........and lots more that every media have to practice.
duties------ what ever do connect with news breaker...... not for the maker.........

to deliver a story to the public that's going to want to make people talk about it. if its exciting and not biased in any way people are going to want to give their own opinion about it and go and tell other people about the piece of news
