I updated it I'm trying to figure it out. I go to my gallery to try to find a video but it won't show up. and then I go like im trying to take a picture on Instagram I'm on the app and it still won't let me do it

If you have an android they haven't made it available to record videos yet you can only watch them

The recording application for instagram videos is contained in the app itself. You have to use the app to record videos (15 second cap) and then share those. You can't upload other types of video.

You can post videos....
I dont know about instagram but i do know well that every app on android has a manual on how to do what....
