Basically on my iPod touch I have my 'camera roll'.. So I want to share 1 photo from my camera roll to my Facebook but I'm scared that if I send 1 photo, that all my other photos will post on Facebook.. Will that happen??? Sometimes I take pics of my chest when I'm posing in the mirror and I would hate if they got posted on Facebook too!!!!

No the only one that will post is the one you choose.

No. You select which picture you want posted and facebook will only post that photo.
