I was blocked by someone on Facebook because of a fight. Now I can see her profile picture but it still says "facebook user" and I still can't look at her profile. How come I can see her picture now when it used to be a grey generic silhouette of a head?

because she unblocked you, probably not realizing that she couldnt re-block you for 48 hours, then deactivated her account
