I can load facebook and youtube perfectly on my laptop however. I have searched methods as to how to solve the problem, unfortunately, none of them worked. So, please help me. Thanks!!!

Hi,
Clear your web browser cookies and temporary files, use CCleaner Software if you don't know how to do it by browser
If still this doesn't works out, then its the problem of ISP because of network traffice on your line

Dont clear your caches .. caches makes site load faster
