When I updated Instagram i realized that most of my photos were not gonna fit anymore (even if they were turned sideways). So now i'm really upset and want the Instagram back that i had a day ago. (Although its highly unlikely) is there anyway possible to undo the update?

No, I don't think you can. although, if enough complaints are brought up about this to the instagram people they might change it back on the next update.
