On a pc:
Go to your timeline
Click "about"
Find the Facebook email "xxxxxxx@facebook.com
Send all photos to that email from your phone
On the app click photo and upload it.

One easy way is just go to your status update, click photo/camera, it will then go to your gallery in your phone, choose either & that's it, put some narration, then click Post.
