My photos on instagram will go directly to Facebook?

That my Facebook friends can find my instagram? And that my instagram followers can find my Facebook account?

No your pictures wont go directly to Facebook, but a feature to import may be added. Basically instagram will start showing ads that's it. no other changes. http://goo.gl/wnvK4

You don't need to freak out. Instagram will still be the same. Facebook plans to run them like Google ran Youtube after buying it. They plan to grow it independently and then integrate their services with it in the long run.

Here's a good overview of why Facebook bought them - http://www.tech-thoughts.net/2012/04/facebook-instagram-rationale.html
