I sometimes get something similar when my internet is going slow. I think it's because it can't load all the graphics and things on the page.

Maybe try clearing your cache, browsing history etc... and try again?
If that doesn't work wait a bit and try again later.
Are other sites messing up as well? And have you tried logging into your Facebook account on another computer? Did that work fine?

Did you Try Clearing your Cookies and Cachee and Delete Temporary Files if Not Try That
if That Does Not Work Try Using a Different Browser
