Its been happening recently maybe like 3 weeks ago. You can see the tags on my picture but when you click the tag u cant find my pic. Im not getting any likes and its starting to annoy me. I've tried
-logging out then back in
-only hashtagging a couple at a time
-connecting it with facebook
I dont know what else to do? Thanks
i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling
and yeah i have used a lot of hashtags to get likes on my photo but what is breaking the rules? am i not supposed to do that? lol
how long will i be blocked for? its been happening for a while now

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

you are probably breaking the rules... using too many hashtags... trying to get popular....

If you Have Been Using too Many Hash Tags its Possible Instagram Could've Blocked you Temporary From Using Hash Tags
The Only Other Thing i Can Suggest is Check your App Store See if There Are Any Updates Available For Instagram if There is Any Than Install Them And See if That Fixes the Problem

That happens to me sometimes, I don't really use hastags anymore lol.
but you just have to put like 7 at a time, instead of 15.
it's weird I know, just comment the rest of the hastags you want after uploading the picture !
