I have login codes enabled on my account and I changed my password but someone is still getting on my account. I have their IP address. Can I somehow stop them, or report them to Facebook?

Hi
Make sure your computer is not infected with Virus / Worms etc.
If it is, than no matter what you do, they will know your changed password.
Download latest anti-virus like bitdefender / kaspersky and scan your computer once.
