I just made a new account on Instagram that isn't a personal account so none of my friends are following it (and I don't want them too yet). I've got a username and theme that I am happy with, and pictures to post, but I don't have any followers. How do I get people to start following me? I'm only concerned about getting up to about 250 followers. Thanks!
