Your facebook wall is your profile and your profile is located on the top right where it says your name ... when you have friends on facebook they can write something to you on your profile but facebook calls your profile a wall

Basically it is writing on a whiteboard but intended for your friend

It means you are writting on his profile which anyone of his friends can see

It means that you are sharing your information with someone and his friends. There are three type of wall on Facebook like Facebook page wall, facebook group wall and your friend's wall or someone else's wall. Now If you write something on facebook page wall it will show to the facebook page owner and the facebook page fans. If you write something on facebook group wall then it will show to all group members included admins. If you write something on someone' s wall then it will show to him and his friends, There is also one thing that it can also seen every one on facebook if the profile has no privacy and it is set as public.
