It's trending on Twitter, but I'm not sure what it means. I know it starts with "Yes Osama" but I don't kow the rest.

It means "If Osama were Mexican." SÃ with an accent on the i means yes; si with no accent means if.

This is a joke made by Mexicans [like me] thinking what happened if Osama was a mexican
Things like "he was wearing a polo shirt when was found" [Estaria llebando una playera tipo polo cuando lo encontraron] or a Tecate -beer- Ad "For those who jump over the twins" [Por los que se tiran a las gemelas]
