I found the instructions for Facebook Pages, but I am using my personal Facebook profile. People wrote comments for my pictures, but I want to reply individually to each comment rather than at the bottom send a reply to everyone. Thank you.

this function is currently not available in personal profiles....this is available in pages only.

It's only available in Page, and if the Page activate that Reply. Many don't do it, as it makes the comments not sorted by the time it was written there, so it's confusing. Facebook need to perfect it yet.
