I just got banned to send requests in facebook for 14 days ( i don't know why because i sent only q to a friend i know) and it tells me that i can use my account but without sending requests , i click "okay" and i get this "Something went wrong. Please try again later." and i cant login no matter how hard i try. anyone, any advice please?

I've never seen this kind of message, but I suggest that you contact the Facebook support so the can help you

Someone you sent a friend requested deleted your request and probably said they don't know you in real life. Or someone could have reported your profile. I have never gone through this myself but try pressing okay and then try to contact Facebook support by clicking 'help' at the top of the page.
