I don't think you can delete a Facebook account, but you definitely can deactivate it.

you can delete db ac permanently. you go through help option, I have not remembered but I was deleted my account. after delete, you dont have login in one month .after one month it deleted permanently. if you got any problam you search on google, how delete db account permanently.
