Email is what you use as your username so type your username which is your email in the username section and then click on over to password and type in your password and then after press login

Gmail.com can give you an email for free. Just sign up for an email account online. When you have made your email it may look like this:
myemail@gmail.com
When you sign up for Facebook enter this email into the section where it says "email"
