If its Blocked your Gonna have to Set Fortiguard Protection to Allow Facebook if your at Work Or School Than Your Not Gonna Be Able to Do This
Or Use a Proxy Site To Access Facebook Which i Highly Not Recommend Doing as you Can Get Hacked And A Virus Easily
