When I am changing my information on like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, they have a spot that says "Website." What is that? Is it like websites of mine? Or does it like, change the URL of my account? What? I can't find this information anywhere. Please help me. I feel stupid.

It's a place to put the URL of your own website, blog, etc.

For whichever social networking website/app you are on you can connect your other social networks to your page.
For example if you are using instagram you can put your tumblr, twitter account urls in the website part which will allow your followers to easily access them with a click of the link. Hope that helped ! (:
