Facebook?? They are a social media company.. what I wanted to know is what is the best company that utilizes sites like Facebook, Myspace, Twitter and so on..

Great questions.
Skittles does a great job on Facebook.
Starbucks and Zappos are excellent on Twitter.
Comcast made a big impression with their Twitter use as well.
You could also look into Ford and Burger King.
These all utilized the services for marketing and customer support.
