I want to get an instagram but my iTouch is super old and has no camera. My mom said i can get it on her iPhone but that's kind of inconvenient.

Should run on an itouch with ios 3.1.2 or later even without the camera. You just won't be able to take pictures but you can still select them from your photo library.
