when I put picture from my time-line on facebook ppl. can't even see them I wonder what may be the problem

Make sure the images are not to big. Also it should take a little bit of time to upload unless you have a super fast connection. Can you see the images from? Maybe you need to give friends permission. Facebook has a friend co workers and family setting so you might look into that. check the settings
you might have it on "only you" instead of "friends"

your account may have banned for spamming - meaning that you created a page and tried to advertise it to people in a way that was against the rules
or you are younger than 13, which is also against the rules

Just try to set it to be share on public or share it to friends only, it's possible it is only set up to "only me".
