I broke up with my ex and his brother is an employee at microsoft a tech or something and anyway he is threatening that he can have his brother hack my facebook and my emails and everything all my pictures .. can he really do that ???????? im really scared.

I think he is just making it up, but if he really does do something like that you can report him to police and tell Microsoft about it.
But there is a 99% chance he cannot, he is just making up shit.
