Like looking right back over someone wall and pics and checking there profile at least once a day is this bad? Im mean surly there the silly once for not having a private profile?

It's not illegal unless you're doing it for a really bad cause lol Facebook stalking is frequently looking at someone's profile and seeing everything there is to it. I'm pretty sure everyone does it now and then. Lol
