I got the consent and took a photo with a celebrity, but forgot to ask if I could put it on facebook, do you think its ok or would that be wrong?

Totally okay. They are public figures. And you got their consent to take a photo with them.

yes u can. a celeb wants his/her fans to express their selfs with them. (and they would thank u because they would get more publicity.
