you can still edit it - go to your timeline the click the little "update info" button... then click the little pencil icon in the top right of the about me section
it would be pretty dumb if it was impossible to change your profile anymore

you can always edit captions in ur photo. for new caption u have delete olad caption. clik on edit button to do so
