I think someone is hacking into my account. Is there a way to see a history of what settings someone has been changing on my account?

Yes. Go in Privacy setting then first On your secure browsing then change your mail ID and password too...

If you noticed that there are some spam post(expecially contains website link or website link with tag other friend) or spam comment done via your fb account. Be confirm that your fb id has been hacked. Now asap you have to change your facebook password and you may add your other mail addpress also. Use phone veification for solve this problem.
