Where can I see a list of people that I blocked on instagram? I've looked but I can't find it anywhere! I'm using a iPhone 4 and ipad 3 if that matters

You can't. The only way you can unblock people is by remembering who you've blocked & going to there profile and actually clicking the 'unblock' button.
On instagram when you block someone you can still view their profile they just can't see yours.
