I just came across these two Facebook pages (http://on.fb.me/nqwMxm). It looks like a great tool for job search. It made me think if Facebook is a valid recruiting tool. What do you guys think?

Agree with you, referring the facebook profiles and the pages created to the concerned persons will also help you to recruit better.
