There is this girl name Yadeeee_ on Instagram who keeps stealing my photos and claiming its hers or poses as me. Several times I have wrote emails, reported, ask friends to report her account and Its been 3 months and Instagram has done NOTHING about it. Im very upset that Instagram isn't doing anything to take down the photos. Is there any other way to take her profile down ? My username is @Joeweeeal. If you look at Yadeeee_ profile you will see that she has the same exact photos of me.

Take pictures of yourself and add a watermark or add text for your user. Just the act of taking a picture makes you the copyright holder. When she steals then make a claim via copyright. You dont have to do anything to make a copyright claim. When they see your user on "her" pics it should be resolved quickly.
