Delete your account.

In my opinion, facebook is no longer trustworthy.

Don't use it.

The only setting that can be set off is in Privacy Setting
"Do you want other search engines to link to your timeline?" ➤ set it Off ➤ so it's from outside FB.

But, inside FB, anybody can search you either by your name or by your user name or both. No way around this! no setting to make it 'off', thus the name 'social network'.

Ok so what your gonna do, is you're gonna go to settings & pr5pacy. You're gonna click on privacy.
It'll first ask you if search engines can search for you, turn that off.
Then, it'll say "who can send me friend requests?" Click no one. Then it'll say "who can see what you post?" Click friends, or only me depending on what you want.
I hope this helps!
