When my mate inboxes me, it doesnt notify me.. how can i fix this

It Should Notify you Automatically the Only Thing i can Think of is If the Messages Go to the Other Folder it Mite Not Notify you Check your Privacy Settings Click on the Lock on the upper Right Hand Side of the Page Click on Who Can Contact Me Check the Who Can Message Me Setting Make Sure its Set to Basic Filtering
if it is Than it Mite Be a Technical Problem With Facebook In This case you Cant Fix it only the Facebook Team Can Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them
